$85-$100 per session

At this time, cash only (out of pocket) 

We also accept most Employee Assisted Programs (EAP)

Please remember to check with your Employer for an Employee Assisted Program (EAP). You may be entitled to health benefits that are covered at no expense to you through your employer.

 

Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please notify the office as soon as possible. The more notice you provide us, may allow another individual the opportunity to scheduled an appointment. If you fail to attend your first appointment “intake/assessment” you will be referred to another agency or independent provider.

 

Report Rates
If you request that a report be made on your behalf (referral, recommendation, court, etc), you will be charged the rate it requires to complete the report. You will be responsible for the rate if rendered.

Court Rates
Often a report or attendance of your provider is required in some court cases. The rate for these services are covered in the informed consent form. You will be responsible for the rate if services are rendered.
